Privacy during the OGBO pilot

The broker workspace stores account identity, brokerage information, customer and meter details, supplier quotes, uploaded documents, and commission records to support your brokerage workflow. Google Firebase Authentication manages email and password verification. Workspace records are stored in Cloudflare D1; uploaded files are held in private R2 storage and accessed through authenticated requests. OGBO staff can review brokerage records to provide back-office services. Other brokerages cannot access your records. The public demo uses fictional information in memory and clears on refresh. A full retention policy and commercial agreements will be finalized before wider launch.
