You can create an account, verify your email, set up a brokerage, and save draft opportunities. OGBO approval is needed before your first submission. Supplier quotes are entered manually with their source and expiration. Proposals are for review and are not binding contracts or rate reservations. Signing and delivery happen through your existing approved process; OGBO records the steps and associated documents. Recording a step does not send an email, contact a supplier or customer, hedge a rate, or sign a contract. Supplier API connections and electronic signing will be added after onboarding. Oil specifications, delivery terms, and product eligibility must be confirmed for each opportunity. Pricing and compensation terms will be agreed separately.
